As night falls deeper inside the Whisper Mill, the 8:30 PM seating leans further into tension, shadow, and late-night indulgence. This experience builds on the same immersive coursed dinner and interactive cocktail pairing, but with a darker, more intimate energy suited for guests who prefer a later, more atmospheric evening.

Each guest receives a Whisper Mill mining pail and tools to participate in hands-on cocktail moments throughout the night, with the pail serving as a keepsake from the experience. A romantic, dark Valentine’s film plays throughout the dinner, guiding the pacing and mood of the evening.

The night features a guided multi-course dinner, interactive cocktail pairings, immersive service, and a rich dessert finale designed to close the experience on a bold note. Non-alcoholic cocktail pairings are available upon request. Seating is extremely limited, and reservations are required.
