At The Gochu we have tamari gluten free soy sauce, about more than 50% of our menu can be gluten free. For drinks we offer Oat Milk for dairy free drinks. Salads are organic mix green and we use organic eggs.
"The Gochu" Handcrafted Korean BBQ Bowl by Chef Leo Kim is a casual restaurant that delivers an awe-inspiring dining experience by fusing
handcrafted, Korean-inspired flavors and creativity with a bold blend of international flavors. Chef Kim, originally from Korea, grew up in Argentina and then moved to Los Angeles where he began his adventure as a chef. Standing out as Head Chef of renowned restaurants and as a sushi instructor in one of the most prestigious institutions, he has also collaborated in opening restaurants in large markets like Los Angeles, Kauai, El Paso, Charleston, and Fort Wayne.
HANDCRAFTED KOREAN BBQ BOWL
All of his knowledge and experience will be on display at his showcase at the 14 Mill Market in Nixa. The menu consists of specialty drinks, appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and bowls.
Appetizers include Homemade Chicken Egg Rolls with Korean Seaweed, Kimchi Quesadillas, Korean Fried Chicken with options of soy garlic, sweet chili, or fire spicy sauce.
Three options of sandwiches and salads are also available including the Thai Chili Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Mushroom Truffle Salad. The specialty of "The Gochu" will be the Brisket Bulgogi Bowl, soy-marinated and cooked to perfection with stir-fry assorted vegetables served on top of steamed rice with two side dishes.
