We are so thrilled to offer four unique spaces that range in size to suit your private event best. Check out the gallery of each space below, then use the “Book” button to start the reservation request process.  We can’t wait to host your special event! 


The Fire Pit: Cozy + Intimate, this space can be reserved for guests up to 8 and features 8 comfortable Adirondack chairs surrounding an adjustable-flame propane fire pit.  The space is just near the front patio on our gravel lot, with close access to the outdoor bar seating, and is situated on the outdoor turf space. 

  • CAPACITY: up to 8 guests
  • CONSIDERATIONS: outdoor space on artificial turf, ideal for couples or date nights
  • RATE: $50/hr, (2-hr minimum)


The Meeting Room: Our only interior space available for reservation, it will comfortably accommodate 16-20 people.  It is approximately 470 square feet (21 x 22.5), and features a large picture window on the South wall. Space provides 8 wood-top tables which can be configured in a 16 ft long conference room table, or separated individually to your preference (each table is approx 4 ft long x 2 ft wide).  Room includes a 70-inch LG UHD TV.  Perfect for small bday parties, business meetings and luncheons. 

  • CAPACITY: up to 25 guests
  • CONSIDERATIONS: indoors, with full privacy;  ideal for parties, luncheons or meetings

*Sunday, Tuesday-Thursdays are $50/hr (1-hr minimum)

*Friday & Saturdays are $100/hr (1-hr minimum)


The East Side (front patio): Fully enclosed with a cable fence and completely covered by roof, our patio is located just as you approach our building from the front, and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The space features 6-ft long tables to comfortably seat 6-8 people each, as well as offers exclusive access to the outdoor bar seating with at least 8 bar stools.  Three large outdoor fans span the patio ceiling, as well as four oscillating fans if needed, and two 65-inch LG UHC TV’s. *Tues-Thurs reservations ONLY. 

  • CAPACITY: up to 100 guests
  • CONSIDERATIONS: this is an outdoor, fully covered patio, close to the main entrance
  • RATE: $250/hr (2-hr minimum)


The Turf (our “backyard”): Featuring almost 5000 square feet and almost completely covered in artificial turf, this is our largest area for reservation and can accommodate up to 450 guests.  This space can be very versatile to meet your needs and would allow the opportunity for you to bring your own decorations/themes to suit your event.  It is an uncovered area, located just on the North side of our building with a door offering direct access to the interior, and close to restrooms.  The space would include 6 sets of corn hole boards, a large Jenga set, and a few Adirondack chairs and fire pits.  Additional guest tables/seating would be available via rental. LED string lights hang above the entire space making an intimate and elegant evening gathering.  Finally, the space will feature a shipping container stage for privately booked entertainment if needed.  *For an additional purchase, 14 MM can provide exclusive bartending service.  *Tuesday-Thursday reservations only. 

  • CAPACITY: up to 450 guests
  • CONSIDERATIONS: this is an outdoor, fully uncovered space on artificial turf with easy parking lot access and close proximity to restrooms. Ideal for fundraising events or reunions. 
  • RATE: $500/hr (2-hr minimum)


What about the Bar? 

Do you want to provide adult beverages to your guests, but are not sure how it works? 

We’ve gotcha covered….


Let everyone handle their own drinks at Wisner Bar! 

  1. Open up a tab for your group and settle up with the bar at the end of your reservation time!
  2. Limit your tab with any dollar amount or drink tickets…this way you can let your guests cut loose, but still keep it in the budget! 


What about the Food? 

Aside from specialty desert items approved by our management team (b-day or wedding cakes), NO outside food or beverage is permitted.  However, we have some great ways to customize your group’s experience at 14 Mill Market! 

  1. Let everyone handle their own food costs by purchasing from any of our 10 unique kitchens, while they enjoy the exclusive space you’ve reserved for them! 
  2. Purchase 14 Mill Market gift cards for your guests to use throughout the space at any of the restaurants or Wisner Bar.  You can set whatever dollar amount you’d like for your guests–typically $15-$25 per person is recommended (this is our most popular option)
  3. Select from one or a few of the restaurants inside 14 Mill Market to provide catering to your guests.  We will organize, set up and clean up after your party so you and your guests can enjoy the space! Please contact the restaurants directly for catering menus.
