A fixture at 14 Mill Market since day one, The Peace family launched its first location in the summer of 2017. What started as a single shave ice stand has rapidly grown into three physical locations, a mobile event trailer and now-Sno Biz Plus at 14 Mill Market.

Sno Biz Plus was born out of a desire to think outside the trailer—expanding their menu to serve up much more than just their signature Hawaiian-style shave ice. Today, they proudly scoop Ice Cream Factory ice cream and serve up popping boba tea, milkshakes, dirty sodas, and so much more.

If you are craving that classic shave ice, they feature over 50 authentic, true-to-life flavors. Whether you stick to the classics like Blue Raspberry, Cherry, and Grape, or opt for a unique twist like Butterbeer, Tiger's Blood, or Cotton Candy, there is truly something for everyone.

About Us

From our very first taste of Sno Biz, we were hooked. Between the endless flavor options and that perfect drizzle of sweet crème on top, we knew right away we had to bring this delicious treat home to Lebanon, Missouri. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, we understood exactly what it would take; perseverance, drive, and a lot of heart, to make it a success.

In the summer of 2017, we launched our first-ever Sno Biz location at Bennett Spring State Park. The support from the Lebanon community and park tourists was immediate and overwhelming. Thanks to that incredible response, we've been blessed to expand our footprint all across Southwest Missouri.

When the chance to join 14 Mill Market came along, we knew it was the perfect moment to transition into a brick-and-mortar storefront and dream bigger with our menu. Today, we proudly serve a full Sno Biz lineup—including authentic shave ice, slushes, dirty sodas, and milkshakes. Plus, we are absolutely thrilled to partner with Ice Cream Factory to scoop up what we believe is the best locally owned, freshly made, hand-dipped ice cream in the Ozarks!

We are so excited to launch our newest adventure as we join the 14 Mill Market Family. 14 Mill Market offers a sprawling marketplace of foods, showcasing 10 unique restaurant concepts and sweet treats, a full-service bar and an outdoor entertainment area. Prior to joining the 14 Mill Market family, we had been actively searching for a brick and mortar location where we could offer an expanded product line.

Now, we proudly serve a full Sno Biz product line, offering authentic Shave Ice Treats, Slushes, Milkshakes. In addition, we are thrilled to partner with Ice Cream Factory to serve, what we believe, is the best locally-owned, freshly-made, hand-dipped ice cream in the Ozarks.
