This Carnivore Dinner brings together chef-curated courses, served family-style, with each course thoughtfully paired with a custom Knob Creek cocktail to highlight the bourbon’s bold character.
A Feast Worth Savoring
Join us on Sunday, October 12th as we present our Carnivore Dinner, a chef-curated, family-style feast featuring Tomahawk Ribeye, rosemary roast chicken, whole roasted salmon, seasonal sides, and a sweet finish with vanilla bean bourbon ice cream. Doors open at 5:00 PM with welcome drinks and a starter, followed by a 6:00 PM seated dinner. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a Knob Creek cocktail designed to complement the flavors of the evening, and every guest will receive a special Knob Creek gift to take home.
