hef Kim, originally from Korea, grew up in Argentina and then moved to Los Angeles where he began his adventure as a chef. Standing out as Head Chef of renowned restaurants and as a sushi instructor in one of the most prestigious institutions, he has also collaborated in opening restaurants in large markets like Los Angeles, Kauai, El Paso, Charleston, and Fort Wayne.

All of his knowledge and experience will be on display at his showcase at the 14 Mill Market in Nixa.

The menu consists of specialty drinks, appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and bowls.

Appetizers include Homemade Chicken Egg Rolls with Korean Seaweed, Kimchi Quesadillas, Korean Fried Chicken with options of soy garlic, sweet chili, or fire spicy sauce.

Three options of sandwiches and salads are also available including the Thai Chili Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Mushroom True Salad. The specialty of "The Gochu" will be the Brisket Bulgogi Bowl, soy-marinated and cooked to perfection with stir-fry assorted vegetables served on top of steamed rice with two side dishes.

Love Every Bite

Liege Love Waffle Company specializes in Liege Waffles, both sweet and savory. Build your own waffle from a selection of amazing toppings or order from one of many favorite combinations like the "Hawaiian Strawberry" offering fresh strawberries, Sweet supreme filling, toasted coconut, diced pineapple, roasted pecans and whipped cream. Try something savory like the Chicken and Waffle with crispy hand-battered, deep-fried chicken with maple syrup.

Liege waffles are not your typical waffle as they are made from a dough-not a batter, and have pearl sugar mixed into the dough. When the waffle is cooked in the iron, the pearls begin to melt and caramelize making each bite sweeter, denser and chewier than your typical waffle.

Veteran food truck of 9 years, Not'cho Ordinary Taco has been serving the most creative tacos and dishes in SWMO and beyond. Owner/Operator, Casey McTavish, grew up in a small town of Stockton Missouri, and has operated in a number of small communities including, Bolivar Missouri where they got their start. They also have traveled to a number of out of state events setting up at various music festivals and fairs.

Not'cho Ordinary Taco built their reputation as one of the top food trucks in the 417 with multiple awards to show for it. Casey is a self taught chef who is very passionate about pushing the culinary boundaries, serving an honest product, and bringing people together.

Not'cho Ordinary Taco also has a loyal A + hardworking staff that has been with Casey for a number of years, and this new and exciting space will allow the expansion of new menu items including: appetizers, new tacos, not'chos, quesadillas, empanadas, bowls, and more.

From cinnamon rolls to brownie mix, cookie dough and specialty pancake mix, Lindsay's Kitchen has been operating at the Farmers Market of the Ozarks on Saturday mornings, providing Take-and Make options to the 417. The heart behind Lindsay's Kitchen has been to equip the "non-cook" to be able to serve homemade products, fresh from their own ovens.

From homemade quiche and soups, to chicken pot pie and salads, customers will now have the choice to enjoy their food at 14 Mill Market, grab their favorite take-and-make for later, or both!

"Smash Some Mo"

Mo Slider Co, the sister company of Liege Love Waffle Co. will be offering smash beef sliders (single, double or triple), hand breaded chicken sliders and a variety of other fantastic creations, specialty and “create your own”!

They offer a variety of waffle fries that may also be customized to preference, and freshly made with locally sourced items.
